Why are some costs shown for a limited timeframe?

Manufacturers may offer limited time pricing promotions that we pass on. If special prices are shown for a certain timeframe, those prices are effective on shipments made during that specified timeframe.

 

Where are products shipped from?

Almost all shipments originate from our main warehouse in Edison, NJ.

 

Does Digital Data stock all the products shown on the website?

We do try to maintain a 30 day supply of the products that we sell. There are some categories of product that we only maintain minimal inventory levels on (i.e. home theater systems, desktop computer monitors) however we generally can supply these product categories with a small lead time if they are not in stock.



Does Digital Data offer free freight with certain minimum orders?

We try to offer the best price immediately and therefore do not bury freight costs into our pricing. All orders will have freight costs added unless pricing is quoted otherwise.

 

Can we pick up product from your warehouse?

All customers are welcome to send their own people or freight companies to pick up from our warehouse. Arrangements must be made in advance to ensure that orders are ready for pick up. If you are sending your own freight company to pick up, the required paperwork (bill of lading) must be faxed to us at least 2 hours prior to pick up.

 

Does Digital Data accept returns? Is there a re-stocking fee?

Our returns policy is determined by our vendors returns policies. Most consumer electronics manufacturers do not allow returns of TV’s – defective TV and large format display products must be called in to the manufacturer’s service departments for servicing. In cases of returns of unopened product, we will accept product returns. We do not charge re-stocking fees however the customer is required to pay for shipping costs to return the product. All returns must be received back in the same condition they were originally shipped.
